In Parma, Ohio, Ryan Knotek decided he wanted to pop the question to his girlfriend Christi so she'd have a unique story to tell for years to come. Here's what Ryan did...he used handmade blocks of snow and constructed a one-room, one-story ice castle palace topped with giant cones of snow on the roof. On the inside, he set up candles, rose petals, wine and even a portable heater to keep the chill away. What woman could resist that? And she said yes!
